Joe -

it's not simply the PediPods - junk science is responsible. with all due respect to our managed care types - capping doc fees will NOT result in significant cost savings. until our country is willing to step up to the plate and deal with tort law as a mechanism of providing for long term care, we will continue to have these at times rancorous discussions. and on that note, a Happy and a Merry to all.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
