good points, Dan. Most people don't realize that almost all the pediatric uses for drugs do not have FDA approval, and we don't obtain informed consent.

It would be of interest to find out the particulars of those 8 cases. Are these with prior cesareans? I don't appreciate the inflammatory aspects of the article, but we still need to address the facts.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
