Agreed but eight deaths is still hell of a lot and not something to be dismissed.

Malcolm, it's not the drug, but how it has been used that is the likely cause of the trouble. If you were to use Prostaglandin E2 without due care and attention to the potential complications and to the dose you could have the same scenario.
