I picked this one because it was available through egghead.com at a great price, I already had a windows ce handheld pc companion, it had color, and it is expandable via compact flash cards. I find the most useful feature is Avantgo, which is also available for the palm OS. Another useful program is listpro on which I keep a record for all our deliveries. I find the Nino easily meets all my needs. I am supposed to get an Ipaq from i-scribe in 4 to 6 weeks. If I was to buy a new organizer, I would probably go with the Visor. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
