I use a Visor Deluxe. Did a lot of research and consulted a lot of people before buying, but the ultimate deciding factor was that IT COMES IN BLUE. Only partly just kidding. I also liked the fact that it was cheaper than the comparable Palm. I am going to buy the Washington Manual for my expansion slot one of these days and get rid of the spiral copy that lives in my car. I bought a book called "How to Do Everything with Your Palm Pilot" Which has been really helpful. I got a really cool case called a Slipper Visor that I couldn't live without. Clips on and off my waistband quickly. Yes Palms and Visors can talk to each other. My boss beamed me a nice shareware program called Statcoder that is really helpful for E&M coding. (you can get it at statcoder.com) I am looking for a program containing ICD-9 codes. Anybody know of a good one? If you're going to use it for medical stuff, make sure you get at least 8 MB of memory. I hear TRG-Pro (another Palm OS-based device) has one now with 1 GB of memory. I haven't come close to filling up my 8MB's yet though, but I know I will eventually.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
