28-30 weeks. John Bowman from Winnipeg said it was good for 12 weeks and had to be repeated if not delivered 12 weeks after the last dose. He talked about sensibilization(very low levels of antibody making it such that very low levels of antigen could cause sensitization.) occurring when levels got down to a certain point and that point was reached at 12 weeks.

Hi, Question , if RH- woman has amnio at 18 wks and prophylactic Anti D, when would you provide the next dose of anti-D prenatally?

It seems a bit early to give it at 28 weeks. Suggestions, evidence?

thanks

Freda
