why do we term this "incidental cystotomy?" not wishing to get into the legalese after the Dred-Chad Decision but would the more correct term be "accidental cystotomy?"

regarding your question - 1) what do the urologists practicing in your area currently recommend? 2) how comfortable are you potentially confronting chapter and verse of the text you quoted in court?
