between 2 and 3 days would be my answer if the trocar entered the abdomen through the bladder, I mean if you created a communication between bladder and the peritoneal cavity. If there is no communication at all with the peritoneum (which is unlikely since you filled the urine bag) remove the Foley now.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
