I agree - I had one patient who was a VBAC - suspected dehiscence - before developing the bladder flap there was this large hematoma --as soon I tried to developed the flap the hematoma along the scar burst out - the flap was "holding" intradominal leakeage - that's why I asked if he replaced the bladder flap - maybe the hematoma is within that area - will it hold - ???!! or is it within the myometrium ? we will see - keep us informed!
