I have finally got it together to get the protocol from the hospital.(too busy attending lovely home births!, not in the hospital for a birth until this last week ) If all of those interested in a copy would email me privately with their snail mail or fax numbers, I will pass it on. My computer functionality does not include scanning and sending it as an attachment or putting it on a web page. Perhaps if someone had the ability then I could more rapidly pass it on. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
