Re: Is Anybody Out ThereFrom: DoctorJoe@aol.comMon Nov 27 08:49:19 2000
In a message dated 11/27/00 8:51:18 AM, evsono@pipeline.com writes: << Joe - but it ain't over until al gore says so, right? i for one can't wait to see the Snickers commercial originating in the Palm Beach counting room - imagine Judge Burton saying, "Not going anywhere for awhile?" art >> One of our U.S. Reps (a Republican) likened this to a childhood game. You go for best two out of three and win two in a row, and the other guys says: "Let's make it best of five!" So you win three in a row, and the other guy says" "Let's make it best of seven!" So you win four in a row... ad infinitum and ad nauseum. I think we're in that mode. All partisanship aside, however, I don't see what all the whining is about the Florida Secretary of State. She is now in the mode of merely following the Florida Supreme Court's order to cut-off at 5PM Sunday. Everyone is acting like it's HER decision. Obviously she wanted to cut-off earlier, per statute. But now she's just following marching orders from the Florida Supreme Court, which got the case from Democratic appeals. So what's the beef with her? It's not her fault that the numbers are what they are now. Do people want her to disobey the Supreme Court's order, or what? It gets more confused as the minutes pass... Joe P.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
