These things are coming in pairs. 24 yold, gesta1; para1, had irregular menses since menarche. Only had regular menses with the pill. Over the last year she increased 27kg in weight. Last June she had a rupture of a cerebral aneurism, went to ER, had surgery and is fine now. Since June she doesn't bleed; b-hCG negative, provera challenged was negative (just cramps, no bleeding). She complains of irritability, nervousism, inmsonia. FSH: 4.9 LH: 5.7 E2: 49 pcg/ml Prolactin (pool): 11.1 (normal) TSH: 1.37 (normal) 17-OH-P: 0.7 (normal) Androstenedione: 2.30 (normal) Any help? (Sheeran syndrome?) Ricardo Savaris, MD

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
