Abdominal Molar Pregnency

“A young lady of 20 years married for 4 months with irregular menstrual cycle after married presenting a lower abdominal midline non tender hard mass about 18 weeks of pregnancy size with restricted mobility. On USG show Abdominal Molar Pregnancy. Her Blood group is B + (positive).”

Probably this is a very uncommon presentation. I am looking forward your valuable opinion regarding the plan of management of such a case.
