Sergeant, tank commander, comes in in cadence, salutes the doctor and asks: "Can one get the clap on the toilet, Sir?" Doctor (drafted MD) says : "Well, that rather depends on what one does there." Whereupon he salutes again and (formally) reports: "Sgt SoandSo wishes to report at this time that he has the clap, then, Sir"

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
