Sorry about my prior post, as it was repetitious. However, I would file this normally, and not send a letter or op note initially, just file it as a 58180-22, priced however, and let them ask for detail.

I can't imagine that you won't get a letter, but if they paid what you asked. . .

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
