I just would like to thank those of you who, when responding to a post, keep only that post (or much better yet, relevant sections of that post) in the reply. My request is that all of us make an effort to do the same in order to save space and make the posts less confusing, especially for those of us who get the digest version. Thanks!

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
