And WHERE are they spending the capital they get in premiums? We know it is not going to the docs & hospitals providing the care - SO --- is it going to all the overhead of overseeing whether we do a good job??? And denying what the doc and patient agree to as best for his/her care???

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
