Re: hyperemesis caseFrom: Suzanne S. Powell (suzannep@mindspring.com)Mon Oct 30 06:36:48 2000
Is anyone routinely testing for H.pylori bacteria in HG cases? I first read something about it a couple of years ago, then promptly lost the reference. Then last week there was this http://dailynews.yahoo.com/h/nm/20001016/hl/stomach_1.html from Reuters. I realize that it was a very small study, and maybe not very well done. But is it not a fairly simple test and treatment?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
