Ina - excuse me - but the VAST majority of hospital VBACs do not have oxytocin/PG or electric breast pumps - so PLEAASE don't imply that they do! A bunch of us have said the 1:1 is ideal so lay off those factors! The scars rupture without that stuff - enough that hospitals WITHOUT in house anesthesia etc are DISCOURAGED form doing VBACs. It just plain is riskier.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
