Excellent point - but some lawyer will find the way to sue the health care provider if the mother and/or the fetus die (mesmerizing and convincing a customer into a reckless behavior)- maybe in the criminal system - it will eventually happen and some jury will agree - someday -what will happen next - I don't know.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
