A second comment - I just went back through some of my archived messages on my computer. Amazing how many that I've saved were from Jim. A debt I'll never repay, unfortunately.

One that strikes home is regarding the question "would you do it again" - quoted below. Here's to you, Jim.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
