I'm rather surprised by the blunt reactions on the question stated by this potential patient. Quite agree with Griffiths, Bulley and Lisse. Stop this nonsence. Advise the woman to another forum, ignore the question or give her a fair answer or (termination at this time with a praevia is not a smart thing to do and probably not even possible in the States). The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
