Malcolm: Well said. I first posted the "You're on the wrong list" and El said to drop it ... I could not agree with you more. Yes, I am concerned that the state of accepting sexuality in the US is such that A)a large number of unintended pregnancies happen at all ages and B)denial results in delayed diagnoses and decisions. Yes, there are probably hidden agendas and issues. Yes, she could have/ shoudl have thought this stuff through BEFORE having sex - especially since MEN can't be expected to do their fair share (TIC) but the fact of the matter,is that this is a problem throughout our culture.

Yes, Bob, you make some valid points - but face it - the rest of the general populace - at least in the USofA - (not to mention some of us on this List) are just not that rational or logical in our thoughts and emotions!

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
