Well, I think the thing was that she *also* is a little on the zaftig side, had tried for years and years and years to get pregnant and never could (presumably d/t the endo), and it *never* crossed her mind that she was, even tho I believe she was about 26 weeks or so when it was discovered. I believe that, because of this, it has now become a standard of care to do an hCG prior to hysts in premenopausal women, at least in our area.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
