Well, I think the thing was that she *also* is a little on the zaftig side, had tried for years and years and years to get pregnant and never could (presumably d/t the endo), and it *never* crossed her mind that she was, even tho I believe she was about 26 weeks or so when it was discovered. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
