Why would you expect there to be any? It is low energy microwave radiation, shouldn't be any different than any other low level radiation, such as cosmic rays. The suggestion that it was tumor causing in the brain has been pretty well layed to rest. Unless its a female fetus on the phone a lot (like my daughter) I would expect the fetus to be pretty well protected!
