My thought as well, but how do you explain the profuse leakage after she has been catheterized and emptied? Does appear both low LPP and UCP with added issues of overflow. Thus my dilemma in determining which is the actual problem now. As I mentioned from the onset, I suspect doing any sort of sling would likely be a disservice to her in the long run, but I'm not 100% sure about that.
