1 - Y 2 - Y 3 - Y 4 - normal blood bank requirements for surgical ER should suffice. i presume this hospital does perform emergency surgery. hope this helps - just my opinions - i could be wrong. art ps yes - there is an archive on the web-site (with a search function.)

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
