Please respond to the http://wwweb survey on Advanced Ultrasound (DMS) Degrees at: http://www.uams.edu/CHRP/dmshome.htm <http://www.uams.edu/CHRP/dmshome.htm>

The link to the survey is at the bottom left of the table of links.

The data from this survey will be used to determine if we should begin a Master's degree for sonographers at our university. The data will not be sold or shared, and will only be used in summary statistics. Individuals who indicate an interest in the advanced degree(s) will be added to our mailing list. The survey will only be up until the end of September, 2000.

Thanks for your participation.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
