what i found curious was the section at the bottom admitting that the Times was in error in reporting Bush's views on the patient's right to sue an HMO. Texas, unlike New York, has already removed some of the precious ERISA blanket from the HMO. could this misreporting have been an honest mistake, a reaction to Bush's infamous remark about a Times reporter, or more deviltry on the part of the AG spinmeisters? who knows?

just my opinion - i could be wrong.

ps - so far in the many wars on drugs the us has waged, drugs have won every one handily.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
