Exactly my point. It's all nice to argue the medical facts, which we all know support its use. But our courts are not interested in facts, and that letter, blown up to 10-foot size, will soon be shown in courtrooms around the country, I'll guarantee. I just hope none of us will have to see it.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
