Yes it does - but should this enter the legal arena juries tend to pay more attention to the best show, not the evidence. since we aren't anywhere close to changing this abysmal system, then it is not too much to ask of the college for a hand. assuredly, individual members of the college will end up testifying how the company told everyone not to use this evil drug in pregnancy but the callous ob did so anyway. we've all seen this movie.
