Your pelvic exam? Upper limits size uterus, RF, RV. TVUS in the office was not very helpful, I couldn't appreciate the endometrial stripe, didn't see any adnexal pathology.

Have we tried hormonal rx? - She is on combined continuous, Prempro 0.625/2/5, has been on it for over 10 years.
