I feel that this is appropriate. LGSIL encompasses HPV changes. If negative testing for high risk HPV types (or even with), follow with regular paps (q 6 mos) and repeat colpo if any progression.

A later post from Joanne stated that a previous pap was AGUS. Was an endometrial biopsy done then?
