is this also known as "rest and descend?"

My parturients who have epidurals, have no urge to push, are generally left alone until the head is pretty low or until they have an urge to push. I'll sometimes let the epidural wear off if the head is +2/+3 and they have no urge. Generally I leave things alone if I'm comfortable with how mom & baby are doing.
