If they're known GBS +ve, wouldn't you be treating anyway, according to the CDC logic model?

Our consultants don't swab, and chose the use the risk-factor based approach, so it's not really an issue. We have a mixed bag, since the women choose, after discussion, whether to swab or not. If she were GBS +ve, I'd make sure the antibiotics were on board.
