You have to watch the ethnic distribution, as well as the socioeconomic distribution, from state to state. Remember, the big, Scandanavian women with big hips (stereotype, I know, but cut me some slack) in Wisconsin milk country will almost ALWAYS have a lower c-section rate than the inner city African-American woman in New Orleans or Jackson Mississippi.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
