Of course not. Did I write anywhere it does? The point I was trying to make is that there are no useful neonatal mortality figures in Namibia, and nobody really knows, neither the private guys nor the state gyns, whether any change in management might lower the rate.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
