Agreed, with the exceptions that I do cervical checks starting at 36 wks, unless the head is still ballotable and I check BP sitting, unless it is elevated, then I check on Left side. My rationale for sitting BP is that patients are ambulating most of the time and I want to see what is happening in their "normal" state.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
