She correctly pointed out to me that in her "PDR" (which I (hopefully correctly) assume is the "Physicians Desk Reference") it says Tylenol #3 contains only Acetaminophen and Codiene. In my "CPS" which is a "Compendium of Pharmaceuticals and Specialties" it lists Tylenol #3 as having 15mg of caffeine in each pill. Once again it emphasizes the need for using generic names - especially on an international forum. I can't even say Tylenol #3 and mean the same thing in 2 countries. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
