OK, I posted my responses to other people's comments before I read that she was on OCP's all these years. I agree with your work-up and then treat. Shit happens. Just when we are certain of something like this - it does happen. I certainly havve found more than one endometrial cancer by paying attention to the comments on endometrial cells on Pap. Endo biopsies are so easy that I will continue to be vigilant on this. Thanks for posting this case!
