BUT ... if she is 45 you MUST first figure out if she already has endometrial pathology.... At 25 with PCOS we can knee jerk give OCP's for PCOS - but NOT at 45! We all 'know' that - but occassionally 'forget' it...

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
