Serching for Skin Problem solutions

Dear Forum Members

I am a Computer Engineer, My nephew is having skin problems since her birth , she is now 9yr Old,According to Doctors she is suffering from the disease "ATROFIC DARMETITIC" or "ENFERTIL EXIMA". Since birth Inching whole body , but right now she is infected only in joints.

If any one have any suggestions please reply me soon. Can see get relief from this disease.
