With a patient on triphasic OCs, I do not know what an "out of phase"
diagnosis really means.  I am not sure I would have done the endometrial
biopsy.  Sure glade you did.

Have never seen an endometrial CA in an OC user.
Could this be an endometrial polyp with CA?
