Ultrasound Educational Survey

We are gathering information concerning the needs for advanced interdisciplinary degrees in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS). To gather this information we are using a World Wide Web survey form.

This survey will take less than 5 minutes to complete. The survey is required to determine the need for and justify the establishment of an advanced degree in DMS. Please log on to this http://wwweb site and complete the survey instrument. Regardless of where you may live, your opinion is important to us. Individual information will be kept confidential and only summary statistics will be used. Mailing addresses are only required if you are interested in receiving information about the program as it is developed. Names and addresses will not be shared or sold.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
