I don't know any OB in France with same CS rates than in the US either. :-) When I say a 90% VD rate it's a rate per attempt. I do a predelivery selection in which 20% of the cases deserve an elective CS. This selection is made with the last US scan (3 scheduled scans here) and the radioplevimetry. The delivery has to be rapid (1st stage) and active for the second stage to avoid hypoxy.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
