The local hospital here has been doing this gratis for the delivering patients for many years! It is called "Cheshire Babies On-Line"

They go back to 1997 - but I think it got started a year or so before that...

Look elsewhere on the Cheshire Medical Center site - Brian Bouchser has been the one doing the loading of info, pictures etc from the beginning so probably can be contacted through the site for answers to your questions.
