Steve, I"ve been looking at this very issue myself. Femtrak is just so damn expensive (around$3,000!) for what you get - basically just a fancy database interface.

Another program called EasyTrak (http://www.denvu.com/denvu/easytrak/index.htm) I am looking at, but haven't gotten any pricing info yet. I want a system that will pull demographics from our scheduling system (concept) so we don't have to double enter data.
