Unless she is really "attached" to her uterus, I think a vaginal hysterectomy would solve her problem nicely! Recurrent dysplasia after a Leep or cone has always seemed like a reasonable indication hysterectomy to me, especially with the high risk HPV typing.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
