I work in an institution that has the availability --and I have been doing VBAC's for a long, long time (no in house anesthesia-etc.- good results -- lucky-- -- what I am saying is that the society will have to decide what they want -- better yet --the courts will -- everything has some price - not all people can afford it all -- VBAC's should be ban in ANY institution that does not meet the criteria - period let's be honest about it!! and see the C/S rate rise -- so what? - --let's wait and see..

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
