management of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome

A 29yr old patient that went through IVF at a fertility centre has been managed with OHSS for the past two weeks. pregnancy has been confirmed by hcg levels. i want to know what you would do with the continuing asitis. this has been drained continously by abdominal parencentesis catheter since 07/07/2000 and she is still draining about 2000mls per day. the serum total proteins levels are low at 45g/L and albumin at 18g/L. other parameters are within normal limits.( pcv - 33% and wbc - 9.5x10/mm.
